ABC Eat Well Again elearning Design

Eat Well Again consists of two bespoke elearning modules, that were developed for Anorexia and Bulimia Care (ABC) as tools to help assist the charity in its care and support of people affected by anorexia and bulimia.

The aim of these modules and their accompanying, interactive PDF journals, is to offer practical dietary and nutritional help and guidance to those recovering from an eating disorder and form part of a overall package of support the charity offers to its service users.

The courses are self-guided and can be worked on at the users' own pace, with food journal prompts throughout the courses giving them the opportunity to self-reflect and really think about their recovery from an eating disorder.

The courses are hosted on ABC's Moodle site.
